Probate Book 1, page 325. July Term 1859. Bond of S.H. Wingfield as administrator with the Will annexed of the estate of David Mobley deceased in the amount of $22,000 presented and the same is by the Court approved. Probate Book 1, page 413. October Term 1859. Administrator makes final report and settlement and is by the Court discharged. The settlement being in all things confirmed.
