The Wilson Family

John Wilson was named as the out-of-wedlock father of Thomas Baird. Thus did the Wilson DNA enter our Mitchell bloodline. John was only a few months younger than Margaret Baird and lived just around the corner from Margaret at 118 Kilnknowe in Galston at the time of the 1861 census. John also was a weaver at that time
