Sophia Elizabeth "Lizzie" MITCHELL (27-Oct-1887 to 1-Jan-1968). She was born in W. Taylor Twp, Cambria County, PA, and married (1) Charles EDMISTON. Children: Martha Jane, 1906-1983; Helen Irene, 1908-1996; Hazel, 1909-1918; Althea Elda, 1911-1987. She married (2) Joseph Scidman KAUFFMAN in 1918. Moved to "York State" in 1944-45. Raised first child of her daughter Helen. She died in Manlius, Onondaga County, NY.
Descendant of Nancy ALBAUGH and Alexander MITCHELL.
