McCabe - Mrs. Emeline, wife of Joseph McCabe, formerly of Peters Township, died Wednesday morning, Jul 28, '04,* at the home of her brother-in-law, J. C. Bebout, near Canonsburg, aged 61 years.

Deceased was a daughter of the late James Espy of Canonsburg, and sister of Mrs. Marshal Craighead of Allegheny County, Mrs. J. C. Bebout and J. T. Espy, Canonsburg.

She is survived by a husband, one son and seven daughters Mrs. J. H. McMurray of McMurray; Mrs. R. E. Orr, Thompsonville; Mrs. W. P. Hultz, Mrs. S. M. Fife and John of Clifton; Mrs. F. R. Phillips, Mrs. W. H. Weidemyer, Mt. Lebanon, and Mrs. Howard Kerr, South Canonsburg.

The funeral will take place from the home of J. C. Bebout on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Oak Spring Cemetery.

*NOTE: Wednesday morning would have been the 27th.
