Is this the son of this Daniel Weller?
Dec. 24, 1909 McDonald PA Record
emailed to PA-SW-OBITS-L@rootsweb.com by vvalentine4@comcast.net (2-21-05)
Henry WELLER, 72 years old, died Friday night at the home of his son-in-law, Robert M. PATTERSON, at Venice. He had resided in North Strabane, Chartiers and Cecil townships all his life, followed farming, and was a well-known and respected citizen. There survive him his wife, and two children, Mrs. R. M. PATTERSON, at whose home he died, and James WELLER of Houston. The deceased was a son of Daniel WELLER, and was one of a large family, seven of whom are still living. His brothers and sisters are: Daniel WELLER of Canonsburg; John WELLER of Ohio; Joseph WELLER of Nottingham township; William WELLER of West Elizabeth; Robert WELLER of Belle Vernon; Mrs. Julia BROWN of Bryan, Ohio; Mrs. James DEVORE of Nottingham township. Mr. WELLER was a grandson of Henry WELLER, who came to this section of the county in 1782 and settled in what is now North Strabane township. The funeral services were held Monday afternoon from his late home. The interment was made in Oak Spring cemetery, Canonsburg.
