In the 1860 Henry County Census, there was a woman named Harriet Tolbert (26) and two children, Thomas (3) and John (2), living with Allen and Nancy Tolbert.
Place of burial is based on the following note on page 27 of Kallam Cemetery Book 2:
Mrs Gracie Hutson Haynes told of her grandparents being buried there. Mrs Haynes is
a very old lady and remembered some additional ones also. Her GM and GF are; Mrs
Emily Tolbert and Mr Tolbert name unknown? Her mother was Elizabeth Tolbert Hutson

"Directions; from White Plains, N. C. travel on SR#1003, known as Siloam Road. Continue on road fro (sic) approx. 3 miles, soon past Holyfield Service Station. .1 mile from storewill see church and SR # 2244. Soon road will turn to left and other continues to right. Take road to left and is SR # 2205 O'neal Rd. Soon will past a log cabin on right, then house trailer, Just past this trailer stop vehicle on left side of road. Look to your left and in corner of this big farming field, can see a grown up farm road leading into woods. Cemetery is approx. 1000 yards into under growth ahead. Three tall water oaks stands in the middle of the cemetery."

Cemetery in the Woods #1, off of O’neal Rd (SR #2205) near Blackwater area, Surry Co, NC. N on Siloam Rd (SR #1003), west onto SR #2244, 0.4 miles, left onto O’neal Rd. Cabin on right, trailor on right. On left is a field, park car, walk to the SE (back) corner of field, 1000 yards into woods. Cemetery is marked by three oaks. One marked headstone.
