Isabella Milligan

Isabella Milligan was the oldest child of Ephraim and Elizabeth Milligan. She was born around June 1869 while Ephraim and Elizabeth lived on Asylum Street in Rochester. Tragically Isabella died in early March 1870 at age 9 months of an inflamation of the lung. She is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery
