Clive Stephen Milligan was the second child and last son born to Frank and Josephine Milligan.
In 1917 when he registered for the draft during WWI he was working for the Fearless Dishwasher Co.He married Ida Deigner on September 8, 1913 in Rochester, NY. While noone alive knows for sure, it is my belief that Clive and Ida met while children. They grew up just blocks from each other in the 9th Ward of Rochester.
There are no known pictures of Clive & Ida with their eight children. In fact, there are no known pictures of the two of them with more than one of their children. The best I have found for Clive is him with the three youngest children (L-R: John, Donald, June). The most children in one picture is five. They were pictured with Mr Christ, who we believe was the golf pro at the Rochester Country Club.
