The researchers may have several books and need to know which one you want.Request only 1 OR 2 SURNAMES per request
ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR RESPONSE - many of these volunteers have families and full-time jobs; in addition they may receive numerous requests and have allotted a certain amount of time per week for lookups. They'll get back to you as soon as they are able.
Include basic details, especially a TIME PERIOD for your individual and note the spouse or such information that would help identify the individual you seek.
