Nelson NORWOOD on Mar 18, 1889 for $1600 (later held by Charles A. NORWOOD - WIP-8, 138) - to Charles B. SAPPINGTON on Aug 11, 1889 for $1800 - WIP-10, 193. Also indebted to Bradley T. NICODEMUS. Trustees were Clinton C. NICODEMUS and Bradley T. NICODEMUS; on 31 Dec 1898, sale held at Clarence A. LINDSAY's Store in Unionville and advertised in the "Banner of Liberty". A 5-acre wood lot was sold to Norman DANNER and the rest of the estate was sold to Henry S.
