Commissioners for this sale were Col. Nathaniel RAMSEY and Clement HOLLADAY. The property had been confiscated and Thomas BEATTY was acting Sheriff. At the hearing, Baker JOHNSON was unable to attend because his son was gravely ill. Joseph WOOD was a farmer and there is mention of his insolvency. Testifying for him were: Peter MANTZ, Peter BEARD, Azel WATERS and Robert WICKHAM. William LAMARR testified for Lynn.
