On April twenty-fourth Thomas Bonham, son of John Bonham the weaver and Elizabeth his wife, was baptized in the parish church at Wardington in Oxfordshire. Thomas may have been born in Wardington or the nearby hamlet of Coton.

Likely birth year for Elizabeth Cross. Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas and Hannah Cross baptised on the twenty-sixth of March in Chacombe, Northamtonshire. The parish is sometimes referred to as Chalcombe. Thomas was a Stocking Winder.

Thomas Bonham and Elizabeth Cross were married at Chacombe in Northamptonshire on the eleventh of October after banns. Thomas was a plush weaver. Both were living in the parish and both made their mark in the register. The witnesses were Thomas Hancock, George Bonham, who also made his mark and Elizabeth [Webster].
