A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, 1999, in Woodland Christian Church in Woodland, Wash., for Shirley Ann Stephens, who died of cancer June 4 at age 64. Mrs. Stephens was born Aug. 2, 1934, in Auburn, Wash. Her maiden name was Hiester. She was a custodian for the Evergreen School District for 10 years before her retirement in 1996. She was a member of Vancouver Baptist Temple. In 1956, she married Marvin. Survivors include her husband; sons, Jeff of Woodland, Wash., Craig of Jacksonville, N.C., and Scott of Steilacoom, Wash.; stepson, Marvin of La Center, Wash.; brother, Gerald Hiester of Hillsboro; and six grandchildren. Disposition is by cremation. Arrangements are by Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel in Vancouver, Wash. |
