MY
TRIBUTE
TO
MY AUNT
WHO WAS DEFINITELY
A

IN
"LOVING MEMORY"
OF
FAITH CAROLINE HAZELTON GRAHAM
Born: January 18, 1926
Died: August 14, 1992

My dearest aunt Faith what a blessing and privilege it was to have you as a part of our family.  How I idolized you as a child, you were so beautiful, warm and loving.   You gave me so much attention after my mother died, always braiding my hair and putting it on top of my head and putting make-up on me so I felt so grown up, even though I was only seven yours old.  It was so great to have you there as a part of the family I went to live with.

I look at the pictures of grandmother Meta when she was the same age as some of your pictures and what a remarkable resemblance.   Not only did you capture her beauty but also her wonderful personality and nature.  You too would never say an unkind word about anyone.   And your great sense of humor and laughter even though you, like grandmother, had so many tragedies that came into your life.

Aunt Faith you have left a remarkable legacy in that wonderful son of yours Richard.  He and his lovely wife Brenda are carrying on the nurturing of your grandchildren that was so much like you.  Your wonderful grandchildren were such a joy for you and you would be so proud of them.  How I wish you could see the adorable great grandchildren, Emma Danielle and Wyatt Jacob, that have arrived in the family since your departure.

Know that you will never be forgotten and always loved by all of us in the family.  I was so privileged to have you as my very special aunt that meant so very much to me, you were such an important part of our family.  If only we could have had you here longer, your time was so short while you were here with us.  I am so grateful that some day I will see you again and get to spend eternity with you.
