My dear grand uncle William you were the only brother of my grandfather Alfred C. Olin. The youngest of the seven children born to Peter and Hannah Olin. Two boys among five sisters that must have made you and my grandfather very close. Both of you definitely felt the call of God on your lives. You must of had a wonderful relationship with God to devote your life to Him as a Nazarene Minister. My grandfather, your brother, had many pictures of you, handed down to the family through my father. But this is all the family has, nothing that tells of your life. I do know that you and your family were living in Oklahoma when your mother Hannah passed away. I have found out that you and my grandfather Alfred owned property together in Oklahoma. How I wish there was more information about your life and of your wonderful children Gurtha and Dallas Olin.

Dear Elizabeth how little I know of your life or your family.  There must have been a lot of dependency upon you as a minister's wife. You too must have had a wonderful relationship with God as often a lot is expected of a minister's wife along with all the duties of a wife and mother. The pictures of you, William and your children reflects a warm and loving family.

Whatever both of you sacrificed for God while you were here on this earth, I am sure that God has great rewards for you and welcomed you with open arms when you departed from this life.
