In the Name of God Amen.
I Frances McCormick of the County of Prince William at this
time being sick & weak of body but of perfect mind & memory and
as it is a duty incumbent upon ill men to dispose of What the Ahnighty
has been pleased to bless them with I do hereby make this my last will
and Testament as is hereafter mentioned first I resign my soul to God
my
saviour who gave it me and hope that though the minds(ormerits) of
Christ
my Redeemer I shall receive ever lasting joy & filicity after my
just
debts are
first paid. Then I do give & bequeath to my beloved
al I??? my whole estate both real & personal during her natural
life
or widowhood and after her Death or intermarriage to be equally divided
among my
but in case any of these my sons or Daughters should molest or disturb
my wife in the ? of the whole life here during her life or widowhood my
desire is that him or them should have no part of my estate but that

part alloted them by this will shall be equally divided among the rest
of my children. Lastly. I do appoint my son John McCormick
& my son-in-law William Foster executors and my beloved wife
