Garcia, Albert George-37-of Denver, Colorado. Was born 08 JUN 1912 in Limon, Colorado to Jose B. Garcia and Nora M. Spradling. He married Pearl Gonzales and had one child. Albert died 02 November 1949 in Denver, Colorado. Survivors include his Father and Mother, his wife and son Ronald Robert Garcia brothers Leroy, Stephen, Cyrus, Theodore and Melvin and a sister Mildred all of Denver, Colorado.

Garcia, Albert Joseph, 56,Of Tempe, AZ. born July 29, 1947 in Denver, CO. to Theodore G. Garcia and Doris Mae Groves. He grew up in Denver, where he met Vicky Jo Tolliver. They were married, July 25, 1970 in Denver, CO. and raised 3 boys. Albert died in his sleep May 21, 2004 in Lakewood, Survivors include: His Wife; sons Joshua ( Theresa ), Stephen (Revisha) and Robert (Angela); brothers Ted (Sandy) , Michael (Maryanne) , David (Mary K.) , Robert (Charlene) , Shawn, Kevin (Heather) and Mark Garcia; sisters: Judith (Daniel) Serna and Melissa (Robert) McKnight. 6 grandchildren and a large family and many friends. Arrangements were with All Veterans of Lakewood, Colorado. His ashes were taken to Alaska where he loved to fish.

He was survived by 5 sons; Leroy,Stephen,Cyrus,Theodore and Melvin all of Denver; 1 daughter Meldred (Joe) Silva of Denver and numerous grand and great-grand children and other relatives and friends. He married Loretta Christina Wolf in Denver, Colorado on January 27, 1967. Beloved father of 3 daughters: Annette C.(Jeff)Munro ,Tina M. (John) Schnettgrund and Natalie C. Garcia; grandfather of Hannah and Aubrey Munro, Ashley and Andreah Schnettgrund. Brad joined his Father, Mother and brother Gary in heaven September 30, 2004. He was survived by his wife, daughters, grand-daughters, brother Stephen T. (Grace) Garcia, sister Reba L. (Eddie) Yepes, sister-in-law Valerie {Gary} Garcia ; also numerous other relatives and friends. Services were Thursday Oct.7, 2004 at the Bowling Family Chapel at 7700 Wadsworth Blvd. In lieu of flowers, condolences may be sent to the family in care of the Mortuary.

On the 5th of September 1943, he married Frances Barela of Denver. Cy died on Saturday 25 September 1982 in St.Anthony Central Hospital (Denver, Colorado). Interment was at Mount Olivet. He was survived by his wife, three sons, Cy (Mary Dorothy) of Denver,Colorado, John (Prescilla) of Sheriden, Colorado and Glenn (Maria) of Bailey, Colorado; a daughter Carol (Donald) Mares of Denver, Colorado; two brothers; Stephen and Melvin and a sister Mildred Silva all of Denver; and ten grandchildren. Interment: Crown Hill Cemetery.

Garcia, David Edward Patrick (51) was born in Denver, Colorado the 5th of 12 children to Theodore Gilbert Garcia and Doris Mae Groves. He married Mary Kathryn Hilburn in Kansas City, Missouri on November 19, 1988. They had one daughter Sarah Kathryn, of whom Dave was very proud. On June 28, 2006, David joined his Father, Mother and three siblings (Albert Joseph, Kevin Matthew, and Maree Shannon) in heaven from Tucson, Arizona. Survivors include: his wife and daughter, brothers; Tedd Lee (Sandra) and Shawn Mathew of Alaska, Michael Glenn, Mark Patrick and Robert Christopher (Charlene) of Colorado and Kevin Gerard (Heather) of Florida; sisters Judith Elaine (Daniel) Serna of Colorado and Melissa Ann (Robert) McKnight of Texas. David served in the U.S. Navy, was a member of the V.F.W., Masons, and the Tucson Moose lodge.

Garcia-Dale, Doris Mae Groves, 76, (formerly of Denver, Colorado) died Dec.12, 2003, at her home in Eagle River, Alaska of endstage Alzheimer's disease. Doris was born March 14, 1927, in Denver to Buckley and Virginia Groves. She grew up in Denver, where she met and married Theodore G. Garcia and raised their 10 children. She spent most of her adult life working with Mr. Garci­a, who was blind, at the Colorado State Capital and other state and federal buildings in Colorado and later in Anchorage, Alaska. She and Ted moved to Alaska in 1980. After his death in 1981, she returned to Denver and, a few years later, met Marvin Dale; they were married January 8, 1983. After his death in 1999, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease; She lived for a time with her son Tedd and his family in Eagle River, Alaska before moving to Phoenix, AZ. to live with another son Albert and his family. She returned to Alaska in 2003 when her Alzheimer's worsened. Survivors include: A sister Barbara Groves Coy of CA.; a brother Clinton W. Groves of NM.; son's Tedd (Sandy) Garcia, Shawn Garcia and Mark Garcia of AK., Albert (Vicky) Garci­a and David (Mary) Garcia of AZ., Michael Garcia and Robert (Charlene) Garci­a of CO. and Kevin (Heather) Garcia of FL.; Daughters Judith (Dan) Serna of CO. and Melissa (Robert) McKnight of TX.; stepchildren Kay (Jay) Grantham of NV., Patty (Larry) Whitman of CO., Bobby (Joan) Dale of GA., Anita (Ron) Dowden and Mark (Janean) Dale of UT.; 42 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. Her ashes were inurned at Mount Lindo in Morrison, Colorado at 2:00P.M., Saturday May 22, 2004. Arrangements were with Witzleben Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Alaska. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in any city.

He married Viola Medina and had one son; Roy Rueben Garcia. Leroy died in Denver 11 NOV 1967. He was preceded in death by his Wife. He was survived by his son; brothers Stephen (Maria) ,Cyrus (Frances), Theodore (Doris) and Melvin (Marggaret); and one sister Mildred (Joseph)and numerous other relatives. He married Josefa Fresquez in Taos, New Mexico on 23 SEP 1863.Luciano and Josefa had nine children: Reyes Maria (Marcelo) Romero, Rosilia Maria (Jose) Serna, Bonifacio Jose (Nora) Garcia, Vidal Garcia, Francisca (Max) Sodia and Juan Isidro (Fedelina) Garcia. Luciano joined his wife and children; Elvina, Vidal and Manuela in heaven on 09 MAR 1913 from Taos, New Mexico.

Garcia, Mark Patrick-41-The 12th of 12 children born to Theodore G. Garcia and Doris M. Groves in Denver, Colorado on June 17, 1965. Mark was very good with his hands and made and sold his art works in Hawaii and Alaska and left many of his drawings and craft works to his family. He died in Westminster, Colorado on August 2, 2006, after a long fight with cancer. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; brothers: Albert Joseph, Daved Edward and Kevin Matthew; and a sister Maree Shannon. Survivors include sisters: Judith Elaine (Dan) Serna of Colorado and Melissa Ann (Robert) McKnight of Texas; brothers: Tedd Lee (Sandra) and Shawn Mathew of Alaska, Michael Glenn and Robert Christopher (Charlene) of Colorado and Kevin Gerard (Heather) of Florida; and many relatives and friends that loved him and will miss him very much. Garcia Silva, Mildred Rose-87- Ret. school teacher of Denver, Was born October 13, 1918 in DeBeque, Colorado the 5th child of Bonifacio Jose Garcia and his wife Nora Martha Spradling. She grew up in Denver, Colorado and married Joseph Deloris Silva in 1936. Mildred received her teaching degree from Denver's Metro State Collage and tought Pre-School children for many years. Mildred joined her husband, parents, her two sons Stephen and Larry and all nine siblings in heaven on Monday, June 5, 2006. She was survived by daughters Elaine Silva (Thomas) Dwyer, and Sharon Silva (Tim) Mesa and daughter-in-law Barbara Mathes Silva all of Denver; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous relatives and friends. She was loved very much! A Rosary was said at Horan and McConaty (3101 S. Wadsworth, Lakewood, Colorado) at 7:00pm Thursday June 8, 2006, and The funeral mass was at All Saints Catholic Church (2559 S. Federal Blvd., Denver, Colorado)on Friday June 9, 2006 with the burial next to her beloved husband Joseph at Crown Hill Cemetery (7777 W. 29th Ave., Denver, Colorado). Garcia, Nora Martha Spradling-67-Of Denver, Colorado. Was born 28 September 1894 in London, Laurel County, Kentucky to Albert George Spradling and Mary Ellen Trotter. Nora died July 9, 1952 in Denver, Colorado. She was the sister of Lucy, Henry, George, Matthew, Florence, Charles and Theodore Spradling. She married Bonifacio J. Garcia in Limon,Lincoln County, Colorado on the 5th of November 1910. She was mother of Albert George, Leroy Bonifacio, Mildred Rose, Stephen Wesley, Cyrus Walford, Theodore Gilbert, Melvin Bernard, Matthew, Josephine Lillian and Marian Garcia and Grandmother of Ronald Collins, Roy Garcia, Elaine, Stephen and Larry Silva, Stephen, Gary, Brad, Carol, Cyrus, John, Glenn, Tedd, Albert, Michael and Judith Garcia. She was loved by all and will be remembered forever. Interment: Crown Hill Cemetery.

She married Gary Gene Garcia in Denver, Colorado on November 11, 1967 and passed away on February 8, 2006 in Lakewood, Colorado. She was survived by her mother; daughter Rachele R. (David) Huntsinger and son Gary Matthew Garcia; siblings Lee, Steve, Edward, David, Karen and Mark; grandchildren Jared, Dominic, Alexis and Nathan. Graveside service was on Wednesday, February 15, at 11 a.m., Interment was next to her beloved husband in The Horn Cemetery, Bailey, Colorado. A reception follewed at St. Mary Of The Rockies Church, Bailey, Colorado.

Silva, Joseph D. -64-Of Denver, Colorado.Husband of Mildred R. (Garcia) Silva. He was born 03 March 1915 in Trinidad, Las Animas County, Colorado, to David Silva and Elinor Martinez. Joe was a city bus driver in the Denver area, first for The Denver Tramway Company and then Denver Metro Transit and The Regional Transportation District (RTD). Joe died from a heart attack 03 July 1979, in St. Joseph Hospital, Denver, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother and a son Larry Silva. Survivors include his wife; a son Stephen V. (Barbara) Silva; daughters Elaine D. (Tom) Dwyer and Sharon S. (Tim) Mesa all of Denver; and numerous relatives and friends. He was Loved and will be missed by all. Interment: Crown Hill Cemetery.

Mathes September 2nd, 1960 in Denver, Colorado and died March 2nd, 1993 in Tucson, Arizona. Steve was survived by his wife; mother; sisters Elaine D. (Tom) Dwyer, Sharon S. (Tim) Mesa and children Lorraine L. (Paul) Shaffer, David L. (Shelly) Silva and Stephanie J. (William) Cozart; grandchildren; Jarrod, Leslie, Tonya, Shauna,Melissa, Justin, Daniel and Blade; and many friends and relatives. Steve was loved and will be missed.
