He married Elizabeth ???. Elizabeth was born August 1, 1796. Elizabeth died January 25, 1870 at 73 years of age. At 28 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Catherine Stowels October 5, 1824.

At 32 years of age Henry became the father of Catherine Stowels October 5, 1824.

Henry Stowels and Elizabeth ??? had the following child:

2 i. Catherine² Stowels was born October 5, 1824. Catherine died December 9, 1898 at 74 years of age. She married George W. Deavitt about January 1848. George was born June 22, 1817. George was the son of George Deavitt and Lydia Page. George died September 10, 1888 at 71 years of age. At 45 years of age George became the father of Etta Francis Deavitt in Poestenkill, New York, May 25, 1863. (See George W. Deavitt for the continuation of this line.)

At 38 years of age Catherine became the mother of Etta Francis Deavitt in Poestenkill, New York, May 25, 1863.
