George Hawk was born in 1800 and died 1875.  He married Maria (Mary) Dreisbach, daughter of Conrad Dreisbach and Christina Serfass.  They had the following children:

*  Levina, born 1832; died 1869.  She married John Esch, Jr.

*  Margaret, born 1836;  no further information available at this time.

*  Mary, born 1838;  no further information available at this time.

*  Elizabeth, born 1840;  no further information available at this time.
