Jeremiah SMITH, son of Jeremiah SMITH (1778?-1848) and Sophia AKERS (1795-1874), was born on 14 October 1821 in Burnt Forest, NSW.1 He was baptised on 18 June 1822 at St Peter's Church in Campbelltown, NSW.2 He married Catherine GRADY on 25 February 1851 at "Armprior" in Larbert , NSW . Larbert is near Braidwood.3 He died on 17 August 1906 in Milton, NSW (aged 84).4 He was buried on 18 August 1906 in C of E Sect. Sandridge Cemetery in Mollymook, NSW.4,5

 

Catherine GRADY6 was the daughter of Martin GRADY (1798?-1858) and Mary KNIGHT (1815-1853). She and Jeremiah SMITH had the following children:
