At the request of Jacob Trollinger this deed was recorded 12 Sep 1839, the indenture was made the 13 May 1839 between Samuel Tederick and Samuel Tedrick attorney for his brother Jacob Tedrick of Licking County, Ohio of the one part and Jacob Trollinger of Allegany County, Maryland on the other. Witness that whereas Catharine Tederick mother of them the said Samuel Tederick and Jacob Tederick having died and she the said Catharine Tederick dec'd being heir of Jacob Trollinger late of Allegany County, Maryland 'Deceased" . . . & the aforesaid Samuel Tederick and Jacob Tederick being grand children & heirs at law of him the said Jacob Trollinger Dec'd . . . they became seized in fee simple of . . . one eleventh part it being an equal undivded one childs part of aforesaid lands. Now for and in consideration of the sum of $200.00 in hand paid by Jacob Trollinger to Samuel Tederick and Jacob Tederick . . convey the same to the said Jacob Trollinger . . . .
