Old Carnacaville school photographs:

1. An actual school photograph taken in 1938. The names have been hand written below the                                     photograph at a later date.

2. A newspaper cutting. Not certain of the year or the newspaper. My father Peter Meaney (front row sixth from the right) started at Carnacaville 1932 aged 5 1/2 so my guess is that the photograph was taken sometime between then and 1938 when the above school photo was taken? Anyone able to date this photograph?

3. This school photograph is taken from the Mourne Observer published on 3rd April 1986 reporting on Carnacaville School's 30th Anniversary. The photograph is said to have been taken c.1946. Once again if anyone can fix the exact year please contact me.
