In our hunt for the identity of the people on the pictures copies of the pictures were given to Willem Keeris, who was making a trip to DePere in August of 2003. He showed the pictures around, but no one recognized them. When he returned home he left the copies of the pictures with Rita Devroy. Rita took the pictures with her when she went to see older citizens of DePere. One day she was at one of the senior facilities another lady, Mary HENDRICKS VANDERLOGT, sat down beside her who was also visiting this place. And when Rita showed her the picture she got very excited and said, "That is my Great Grandmother!!! That is Anna Maria JANSSEN BAETEN!!!". Later Mary VanderLogt sent some other pictures of Anna Maria JANSSEN and one that shows her husband Christoffel BAETEN.(See below)
