Interesting tidbit of trivia: My great-grandfather McWilliam and my great-grandfather Cripps were both born in 1874 and died in 1961. They lived on opposite sides of the Miramichi River, one in Chatham, the other in Newcastle. Apparently, they did not like each other......There's now a McWilliam Street in Newcastle and a Cripps Street in Chatham. I've got a puzzle page collecting the data. Most of these pieces are NOT a fit for our family, it seems, but I'm going to hold onto them if only to know I've already ruled them out should I stumble upon them again in the future. ...Suzan[Gallery]-[Web Rings]- [Links]-[Richard]-[Cripps] [Morrissy Family] [Guestbook] [Email] |
