He purchased from Ziriakus Fleishman a tract of land beginning at three siccamore trees by the river side thence north 50 degrees east 235 poles to two white Oakes thence northwest 55 poles to three pines thence south 50 degrees west 440 poles to two white oakes thence south 15 degrees east 58 poles thence north 55 degrees east to the beginning on 28 July 1737 at Virginia.3
He and Conrad Broil sell their share of their father's land on 25 July 1744 at Virginia.2
Hans Jacob Breuel sold land to son Cyrus Broyle part of patent to Ciriacus and Peter Fleshman, dated Sept. 28, 1728, which Jacob Broyles had bought of John Shafer on 19 March 1761 at Virginia.3
He left a will on 3 November 1761 at Culpeper County, Virginia.3
