Hans Jacob Breuel (M)

     Hans Jacob Breuel was the son of John Broyles and Ursula Ruop.1 Hans Jacob Breuel married Maria Catharina Fleischmann circa 1727.2 Hans Jacob Breuel died in May 1763 at Madison County, Virginia, at age 58.3 His estate was probated on 19 May 1763 at Virginia.3
     He proved his importation and was granted the right to take up 50 acres of land on 2 May 1727 in Virginia.3 He filedwas granted patent for 400 acres beginning at three pines corner to Jacob Crigelar and runeth thence with the said Crigelers line North seventy five degrees West two hundred pole to the Gum White Oak and Red Oak in the said Crigelers line thence North fifteen degrees East three-hundred and twenty poles to a Gum Poplar and Hiccory thence South seventy five degreees East two hundred pole to a Chestnut and two White Oak on a small run side thence South fifteen degrees West three hundred and twenty pole to the beginning on 28 September 1728 at Virginia.3 He purchased from Ziriakus Fleishman a tract of land beginning at three siccamore trees by the river side thence north 50 degrees east 235 poles to two white Oakes thence northwest 55 poles to three pines thence south 50 degrees west 440 poles to two white oakes thence south 15 degrees east 58 poles thence north 55 degrees east to the beginning on 28 July 1737 at Virginia.3 He and Conrad Broil sell their share of their father's land on 25 July 1744 at Virginia.2 Hans Jacob Breuel sold land to son Cyrus Broyle part of patent to Ciriacus and Peter Fleshman, dated Sept. 28, 1728, which Jacob Broyles had bought of John Shafer on 19 March 1761 at Virginia.3 He left a will on 3 November 1761 at Culpeper County, Virginia.3

Cullah and willed to Adam Broils which he sold to Benjamin Rush for 70 pounds on 5 October 1787 at Randolph County, North Carolina.4 He sold land land being 100 acres on Coatley's Creek for 100 pounds to Benjamin Rush on 4 November 1788 at Randolph County, North Carolina.5
