Glendenning
Baptised at St Cuthberts Darlington on 23rd May 1834, tenth child of
George
Glendenning and Ann Chamberlain.
In 1841 was living with her family at Clay Row, Darlington.
In 1851 was living at Clay Row, Darlington with her widowed mother and some
of her brothers and sisters.
Was a witness to the marriage of brother Robert to Elizabeth Ann Stobart in
1856.
Sarah was witness to the second marriage of Robert to Elizabeth Blackburn in
1860.
Was living at Clay Row, Darlington prior to her marriage to John William Law
in July 1860.
Sarah, aged 47 died at
Elton Parade, Darlington and was buried, 4 days after her father in law, at
Darlington's West Cemetery on 6 February 1881. Plot ED 109.
