Lambert

William Lambert (my 5x Great Grandfather) was born c 1761. Baptised at Barnard Castle on the 10th June 1761, the son of William Lambert.

IGI shows the marriage of William Lambert to Jane BONE on 18 May 1785 at Hutton Magna, Yorkshire, England. P R's show - William Lambert of this Chapelry, Taylor + Jane Bone of this Chapelry, Spinster, were married in this Chapel by Banns this eighteenth Day of May one thousand, seven hundred + eighty five by me, Duke Johnson, Curate. In the presence of us Thomas Bradley and John Harrison. Both William and Jane signed with the mark of a cross.

Jane, wife of William Lambert of Great Hutton, aged 62,  was buried at Hutton on the 1st of March 1819.

Great Hutton PR's show the marriage on the 26th of October 1807 of Henry Walton of the Chapelry of Richmondshire and Margaret Lambert of the Parish of Great Hutton, spinster, by Banns. Witnesses were Anthony Robinson, Mary Eeles and Mary Lambert.

William Lambert, tailor, died on 17 July 1848 at Hutton, aged, 88, as the result of old age and buried at Great Hutton on the 21st of July 1848. His daughter, Mary Hall, was present at the death.
