LAST WILL OF G.L. HENDRIX, JR.
Transcribed by Vicki Roach

I, G.L. Hendrix, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all other wills by me at any time made.
I will and direct that my funeral expenses and all of my just debts be paid as
seen after my death as may be practicable, out of any money I may have on hand
at the time of my death or that may first come into the hands of my executor.
All of my estate, property and effects, both real and personal, and of every
character and kind, and wherever located, that may be left after the payment of
my funeral expenses and just debts, I give, bequeath and devise to my nephew,
G.L. Smith.
I do hereby nominate and appoint my nephew, G.L. Smith, as the executor, and
having all confidence in his honesty and integrity I will and direct that he be
not required to give or execute any bond as such executor.
In witness whereof, I do to this, my will, set my hand on this the 6th day of
June, 1933.
G.L. Hendrix (his mark).
Signed and published in our presence, and we have subscribed our names hereto as
witnesses in the presence of the testator and at his request.
This the 6th day of June 1933.
