Last Will of Eliza Crabtree, deceased

McNairy County
I, Eliza (Horn) Crabtree of the above named state and county, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory do hereby make and publish this as my last will and
testament, hereby revoking and making void every and all other will or wills by
me at any time, heretofore made, and first, I direct-my executor hereinafter
named to pay all my just debts, and the expense incident to the administration
of my estate, as soon as reasonably may be after my decease.
Iteno?, I give devise and bequeath to my son W.R. Crabtree, and daughter S.?C.
Rink one note given by M.L. Erion? To the amount of $12.00 due Oct. 15, 1889,
one note given by W.R. Wardlow to the amount of $100.00, with interest from date
Decr. 14, 1888. Due 15th day November 1889, one cow and calf, one two horse
wagon, account on J.M. Cooksey for four barrels of corn, account on J.L. Brooks
for three barrels of corn, all my household and kitchen furniture.
I do hereby nominate my son, W.R. Crabtree to be the executor of this my last
will and testament.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal.
This the 23rd day of July 1889.

Signed, Sealed, published and declared by Eliza Crabtree, the above named
testratrix as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us who at
her request in her presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses.
