• History: Plymouth Colony. 1659 NORRIS, MARY - A 1620 Mayflower passenger, Mary (Norris) accompanied her husband Isaac Allerton to Plymouth, where she died 25 February 1620/21. Dexter, p. 601, shows from Leiden records that she was from Newbury, Berkshire, and she married to Allerton at Leiden 4 November 1611. On 22 December 1620, when the Mayflower was at anchor in Plymouth Harbor, she was delivered of a stillborn son (Mourt's Relations, p. 24). Mary married Isaac ALLERTON, son of ALLERTON and Unknown, on 4 Nov 1611 in Leiden, Holland.1659 (Isaac ALLERTON was born about 1586 1660 and died in Feb 1659 in New Haven 1660.) |
