Also of SARAH, his wife, who died Jany. 16th 1889, aged 67 years". "Her languishing head is at rest, her pains and her troubles are o'er, her quite immovable breast is heaved by affliction no more".

James owned "Mogille Plains". The property was willed to Henry James Watson, George Lindley Watson & James William Watson when he passed away in 1923. He also owned another property at one time in the Tottenham area.
James married Louisa Elizabeth Babington (nee Mould) in 1890. Louisa was married previous to this to James babington. Some of the children were Babington. Others were christened Babington, Mould and Lindley and some were just Lindley.
Louisa married James Babington on 10 February 1859 in Daylesford Victoria, Australia. At the time of this marriage she was 16 years of age. They had two Daughters, Georgiana Babington born on 9th November 1859 and Louisa Matilda Babington born in 1861. Louisa died at the age of 5 in 1864, and Louisa died at 3 years of age in the same year. On further information received from Elyse Carpenter, Great Great Great Grand Daughter of James Babington, it appears that James and Louisa Elizabeth Mould split up soon after their children died.
On the marriage certificate for James Horberry Lindley and Louisa Elizabeth Babington (nee Mould) on 20th March 1890 it states that Louisa had two children from Previous marriage, both deceased. This was Georgiana and Louisa Matilda Babington. It also states that Louisa was a widow (1887) when she married James Horberry Lindley. She would have been a widow before that as James Babington died in 1883.
The following children must have been born after Louisa and James Babington split up, this being the reason for the confusion of Father and Mother's names.
Frances Mary Babington was born in 1864 to Louisa Babington with father unknown.James William Mould was born in 1872 and registered with father unknown and mother as Louisa Mould, then he was registered a second time as James Lindley with the same reg. no. to Louisa Bab Mould and Father was Horberry Lindley.
Frederick Joseph was registered 3 times with same reg.no.
(1) Frederick Joseph Babington, Father unknown, Mother: Louisa Mould
(2) Frederick Joseph Lindley. Father: Horberry, Mother: Louisa Mould
(3) Frederick Joseph Mould. Father: Unknown, Mother: Louisa Mould. It would appear that these children were all born to Louisa Babington ( nee Mould) and Horberry Lindley (James Horberry Lindley) Before they were married in 1890.
All the other children were born with name Lindley to James Horberry Lindley
