The Justices of the Peace for the district of Quebec, in the Quarter-sessions assembled on Thursday the 9th of August instant, in pursuance of an ordinance of his Excellency the Governor and the Legislative council dated the thirtieth day of April last did appoint the following persons to be peace officers for the city ans banlieu of Quebec.
