The McKee Homestead was once the oldest building surviving in the area.  It was used as an office for the P&LE after the McKee family left it and sold the property to the P&LE. This photo and caption is from the Pittsburg Dispatch, Thursday, August 14, 1902 edition.  There was not an accompanying article in the paper so the exact location of the mansion is currently unknown.
