Ira married Mariah HILL, daughter of John HILL and Mary COSBY, on 31 Jan 1831 in Rhea County, Tennessee. 
Mariah was born about 1811.
They had the following children:

     +    6    M    v.   Newton Matthia BROYLES was born 25 Dec 1836 and died 18 Dec 1876.
          7    F    vi.  Sarah BROYLES was born about 1839 in Rhea County, Tennessee.
          8    M    vii. Jerone BROYLES was born about 1840 in Rhea County, Tennessee. He died 
as an infant.
          9    F    viii.  Emily F. BROYLES was born about 1842 in Jasper County, Missouri.
          10   M    ix.  Christopher Columbus BROYLES was born about 1844 in Jasper County, Missouri.
          11   F    x.   Naomi BROYLES was born about 1846 in Jasper County, Missouri.
          12   M    xi.  Summerfields BROYLES was born about 1848 in Jasper County, Missouri. 
He died 23 Jan 1870 in Missouri.




Second Generation

6.   Newton Matthia BROYLES (Ira David) was born 25 Dec 1836 in Rhea County, Tennessee. He died 
18 Dec 1876.
Newton married Sarah Elizabeth FAUBION. Sarah was born 1843. She died after 1936.
They had the following children:
     +    13   M    i.   John Green BROYLES was born 30 Aug 1874 and died Mar 1960.




Third Generation

13.  John Green BROYLES (Newton Matthia, Ira David) was born 30 Aug 1874. He died Mar 1960.
John married Rosalie ENLOE on 24 Nov 1894. Rosalie was born 29 Nov 1873. She died 26 Mar 1952.
They had the following children:
     +    14   F    i.   Elsie Mae BROYLES was born 13 Dec 1901 and died 15 Aug 1981.




Fourth Generation

14.  Elsie Mae BROYLES (John Green, Newton Matthia, Ira David) was born 13 Dec 1901. She died 15 Aug 1981.
Elsie married Arthur William HANSON. Arthur was born 2 Feb 1926.
They had the following children:
