Deed of conveyance, Richard G. Waterhouse and Oville Paine (Executors
of last will of William Paine, decd) to Jesse Day and David Day for $300,
150 acres on East Fork of Richland Creek, which the decd was vested by
conveyance from JOSIAH GOUGE and Thomas M. Clark. Beginning on
corner to a tract late the property of WARHAM EASLEY, N 70 W 160 poles
to foot of mountain, up foot to the cross ridge that divides waters of Little
Valley, with extreme height of said ridge crossing valley to line of Isaac
Love or THOMAS HUDALESTON ( as it may be), then down shinbone ridge
bounding on line of said HUDLESTON, Woodson Francis, widow, and
John Henry to the beginning.

40 acres on East Fork of Richland Creek, begin parat of the same tract
the said Huddleston now lives on. Beginning on stake opposite to Miller
Francis corner on north side of road, etc

Deed of conveyance, THOMAS HUDDLESTON TO Samuel Holland for
$500, 80 acres on Richland Creek, being on the same place where Holland
now lives. Beginning on corner on north side of road made by Joseph
Francis and Asahel Henry; also mentions Woodson Francis' corner,
Freeman's fence, and an agreed corner between Thomas Huddleston
and Isaac Holland.
