Edmund B Holloway was a Confederate soldier in Missouri Killed near Independence Missouri early in the war. (The True Kentuckian Wed Apr. 1870)

Edmund B. Holloway conveyed the 200 acres same as in Deed book 51 page 521. ( He was obviously not available to sign when everyone else did, tho his wife did sign. He is in Shelbyville Illinois preparing this deed. He does say his home is Jackson County, Missouri.) The terms and wording are the same as the orignal deed.

He began military service at Missouri killed near Independence, Missouri. He was born on 11 September 1821 at Bourbon County, KY.5,1 He was the son of Col. George Holloway. Edmonds Bullard Holloway married Eliza McClanahan Thornton on 7 June 1847 at Shelbyville, Shelby County, Illinois.5,1 Edmonds Bullard Holloway appeared on the census of 1850 at Wabash Twp., Shelby County, Illinois; enumerated with William F. Thornton (father-in-law). He appeared on the census of 1860 at Div 35; Jackson, County, Missouri. He died on 16 July 1861 at Missouri at age 39.5,1 He was Record Change on 15 April 2004.1
