William Jude Fisher ⁴²⁰

  General Notes:

William Jude Fisher arrived in Australia as a convict aboard the "Sir William Bensley" having been transported with a sentence of 7 years. On 24 June 1822 he married Frances Bollard in St Phillips C of E in Sydney. He appears to have been at that time in the employ of John Bollard the father of Frances. At some time during the marriage the family moved to Braidwood, NSW. At the time of his death William was the poundkeeper at Braidwood and was buried in the Braidwood Cemetery.

William married Frances Bollard, daughter of John Bollard and Hannah Johnson, on 24 Jun 1822 in St Phillips C Of E, Sydney, NSW.⁴¹⁹ (Frances Bollard was born in Jan 1799 in Liddington, Bedfordshire, England and died on 2 Jul 1860 in Braidwood, NSW.)
