MAURY COUNTY TENNESSEE, CLARKE TRAINING SCHOOL, 1922-1969
I understand that this Black school was located in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. The school building no longer is standing (If it is, only partly). It was located on the east side of the city. The above ink drawing was done by a local artist Mildred Hartsfield of Columbia.
