OWENS, Wessie L. "Tootsie" Wright was born in Maury County on 7 Sep 1906 to James Lewis "Jim" Wright 
and Cora Dean Kennedy. She was married to Lee Andrew Owens. She died on 22 Mar 1995 in Oklahoma and was 
buried in the Wards Chapel Cemetery in Atoka, Oklahoma.
