   Between Mr. A. Zwilchenbart in Basel (or through his 
authorized representative) and the following persons the following Voyage 
Contract was concluded today:

                                Section 1.
     Mr. A. Zwilchenbart shall undertake the transport of the persons made 
known in this contract from Basel via Havre to New-York
under the following conditions:
                                Section 2.
       The voyagers shall receive at his expense:
     Free journey from Basel via railway____to the seaport and are 
freed from related transportation costs and tips at the intermediate stations.
                                Section 3.
     Each passenger over 10 years may carry 200 pounds free of charge,
and children under 10 years____pounds of baggage.
                                Section 4.
     Room and board on the journey from Basel to the seaport shall be 
paid by the voyagers.
                                Section 5.
The room and board in the seaport shall be paid by the voyagers with 
the following conditions.
          a)  For meals on the account of the contractor, the voyagers shall 
          receive during the stay in the seaport until the actual departure 
          of the ship:Good accommodations in spacious rooms and good beds: 
          daily for breakfast coffee with milk, sugar and bread; at midday 
          a hearty soup, meat and vegetables; at night the same with variety.
