This picture was taken a few years ago. This cabin was my first official residence for about two months in 1947. It was located on the family farm 1.7 miles southeast of the village of Pleasant Home, which is north of Gratz [on the Kentucky River] in Owen County Kentucky. It's good to remember from whence we came.

This was an 18 pound, 32 inch flat-head catfish that I caught near Warsaw Kentucky in 2007.
