Mary Emma TAYLOR (daughter of William TAYLOR and Amy Beatrice FERRIS) was born 2 19 Feb 1904 at 5 Fildes St. Harpurhey, Manchester. She died 3 23 Jan 1982 in Ladywell Hospital, Salford, Lancashire and was buried 3 Jan 1982 in Peel Green, Manchester. Mary lived as a child with Aunt and Uncle Tyson. She attended Manchester High School and the Royal Northern College of Music. During WW2, Mary worked in the Co-op Grocers. She resided until 1928 at 93 Yarburgh St, Whalley Range. She resided from 1928 - 1982 at 48 Light Oaks Rd, Salford.

Mary married ¹ Harold GEORGE on 30 Jun 1928 in St Margarets Church, Whalley Range.

They had two children, five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
