"The photo calling Catherine Zerbe Marker frail is the one that I mention. Mom always told me she was full of energy (very strong) for her small frame.The young girl witha bow in her hair standing next to Catherine Zerbe Marker is my mother Alice Marie Anderson. On the other side of Great Grandma Catherine Zerbe Marker is my own Grandmother Mary (Jane) Marker. I have a copy of this photo and on the back it states that next to my mother is  Aunt Julia (Julie). Next to my grandmother is her youngest child Alfred Anderson, by him is Darrell and Arnold Bair.  My Uncle Donald and Mom's brother is in the backrow with hat (left)Bernard next to him, and then the writer states that her husband is next to her brother Bernard also wearing a hat ???? Paul Seaton and Nila Seaton are next to him. Since I do not know who sent the picture to our family I will just say a big ? (but if we can locate who Bernard is the brother to etc. maybe we can identify the husband in question?) The people are in the street facing Grandma's house. In the background, is their woodshed. The writer states that their house was to the left farther.  One hope is to contact my Aunt Kate in Idaho as I think that she sent the copies to the relatives. It has been so long ago that it is hard to recollect. Uncles Donald and Alfred Anderson have both passed away. My Mother resides in Sacramento, California. She was the second youngest in the family." My father Wilmar Williams is the man wearing the two-toned sweater and a hat cocked off to one side. I have a picture of my father and mother that shows dad appearing just as in the picture and it may have been taken at the same event. He is holding my brother Robert.  Bernard is my Vera (Herbst) Marker's son, my grandmother.  My grandfather, Marion Bryan Marker, is Bernard's father and Julia's brother.  I am sure my grandmother is the woman's face showing through in the back row left.     Addition by Gerald Williams, 9/4/2002  Photo taken October 1940.
