Samantha Taylor

     Mancy, as my Uncle George Seymour called her, was born January 16, 1879 in Texas.  She was listed as Nancy and age was 1 year old in the 1880 Clay County, Texas census.

• Stepmother put Mancy in Catholic Home

• about the age of 14, Mancy stepped on glass, cutting her foot and died of blood poisoning.
