David HEDDLESTON, Sr. was born between 1780 - 1790 in Ireland/Scotland, and died between October 25, 1845 - 1850 in Washington County, Ohio.
     David HEDLESTON married Ann GORDON on September 17, 1812 in Washington County, Ohio.  They were married by Henry Jolly, Justice of the Peace.
     Ann was born about 1790 in Pennsylvania and died July 4, 1870 in the Washington County Infirmary, Washington County, Ohio.
     Their sons, William T., Robert, and David, Jr. married three MEEK sisters.  All of their children except Finley, remained in the Grandview area.

     According to the 1820 Federal census of Washington County, Ohio, David had 1 foreign born in his household.  We know Ann was born in Pennsylvania and the children born in Ohio, it must be David.  A few of his children said their father was born in Ireland.
