This is a Great Search Engine, Try it!

Ancestry.com this site has a large database, There is a lot of free information including the Social Security Death Index and some sites for a fee.

Hit and Dig
Another great search engine is Dogpile, this will search all of the other search engines.

Heartland Genealogical Society has a good "ring" and some good links to other personal and other pages.

The Texas  links will include The Electric Library, The Texas State Library's on-line links.
