Would you like to build your own French Canadian family tree, but don't
know how to start or have hit a roadblock? First, check out my Family
Tree (over 62,000 individuals), and see if you find anyone in your family. Living people
are not listed, so don't expect to find yourself.
If you still need assistance, I will be happy to provide free
assistance IF:
You are related to me
OR
You are from my hometown of Damar, Kansas
For 1800-Present:
I will review the information you have and advise you on where to
go for additional information.
OR
I can do the research for you, but you will have to pay for all
out-of-pocket expenses in advance. Certificates can cost up to
$10 each, plus postage costs. Online searches sometimes cost
money, too.
For Pre-1800:
I already have a CD rom that has all of the baptismal, marriage,
and burial records for all of Quebec province. 99% of my
pre-1800 research is done this way.
Sometimes the records are ambiguous or incomplete. For
those instances, I have a subscription to the online PRDH database,
which solves many of these problems. This is a fee-based
subscription, and you will have to reimburse me for the hits I spend
on your Family Tree.
Email me to get started.
If you are not related to me, or are not from my hometown of Damar,
KS, I am still happy to help, but for a fee. You can
email me to discuss terms.
