My great grandfather on my Dad's side was Thomas Franklin Saunders who was born on 9/22/1884 in The Bahamas. He married Ella B. Cleare on 9/1/1906 and they had one daughter(my grandma) LaDorna Louise Saunders born on January 25,1912 in Key West,Florida.
Thomas' Mother's name was Sarah Elizabeth Saunders(don't know if this was maiden name or married name).
Thomas also had one sister to my knowledge. Her name was Alice Page. She had seven children: 1. Francis Edward Page - deceased 2. Bessie - deceased 3. Florence - deceased 4. Dorothy Prudden - currently lives in Canada 5. June Page - currently lives in Florida 6. Charley Page - currently lives in Florida 7. Dorna - deceased
Thomas arrived in the United States in 1889 and died on 3/31/1949 or 1950 in Key West,Florida.
Ella B. Cleare Saunders arrived in the United States in 1890 and was naturalized in 1909. Ella died on 3/26/1925 and was buried on 3/27/1925 in Key West,Florida.
