Naomi Roberts, the daughter of  Jozedic Roberts and Mary Ann Shipley, was born in February 5, 1858, in Cass County, Missouri. She died September 12, 1942, at Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois, and was buried at Good Hope Cemetery, Good Hope, McDonough County.Obituary
The 1920 census showed B as Naomi's middle initial, but on her death certificate there is a specific note that she had no middle name. On December 24, 1872, Naomi married Harrison Hungate Charter at Sciota, McDonough County.
