![]() He was born Dec. 21, 1886, in Bryant, a son of Frank M. and Florence A. Ashton Harrison. He served in World War I as a captain in the medical service attached to the British Army. On Feb. 21, 1924, he married Mary Baird, who survives. He was a member of the Bryant Methodist Church, the Colchester AF and AM Lodge, the Quincy Consistory, the Colchester Lions Club, the Colchester American Legion, the American and Illinois Medical Associations, and the McDonough County Medical Society. A few years ago, he received a 50-year pin from the state medical association. He is survived by his widow; two children, Mrs. Ann Erskine of Hudson, Ohio, and Bruce Harrison of Freeport; a brother, Otis Harrison, LaPorte, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Georgia Macklin of Salem, Ore.; and two grandsons. Two sisters, Miss Blanch Harrison and Mrs. Stella Graybiel, died previously. Friends may call at the chapel of the Jones' Mortuary in Colchester after 6 p.m. today.
